The Conference will be held on 3-5 November, 2022 and the virtual and in-person talks are scheduled in the Conference Program. All times mentioned are in Local Western Australian time!!

For the in-person attendance the deadline will be 1 November, 2022. if you decide to attend virtually, you can register yourself until 2 November, 2022 at 12.00 AM

In the event the ICAA Committee must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (COVID, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty, or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”)), we will refund your registration fee minus 5% admin. Costs.

 

If, for any reason, in-person participation at the ICAA Conference becomes impossible due to reasons in the sphere of the participant, there will be no refund of participation fees already paid. In this case, the participant is still entitled to use the online access.

 

The Q/A option is active through the platform. There will be live in-person invited presentations (not recorded) in which one can ask questions directly. These Qs will be read by the moderator of the session so that the speaker can answer.

 

Please be aware you should have a (travel) Health insurance. In case of unforeseen circumstances but also when you get infected by COVID you need a World coverage insurance.
