Once a registration has been completed, the participant will directly receive an email to confirm the details of the registration and the total costs associated with it. We strive to keep our website as current as possible.
Prices and payment
All prices indicated on the website are in Euro’s. Consumers can make payments electronically to the ICAAA in many ways.The different payment methods are indicated on the website under the title “Registration”.
In the case of queries or complaints concerning our service or procedures, please inform us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). You will receive a reply within three working days.
The ICAAA finds it very important to ensure that all the participant’s personal information is treated with the upmost care and security. The ICAAA will not give the participant’s personal information to third parties. When making a registration, ICAAA requires the participant’s name, invoice and email address, and payment details so that a registration can be processed. The payment details will only be used to conclude the payment process. Records of website visits are kept for statistical purposes. Information concerning the number of visitors and visitor frequency to our website will be used for internal research and website improvement. However, this general information is anonymous and cannot be traced back to the individual visitor.

In the event the ICAA Committee must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances (COVID, strikes, labor disputes, government requisitions, restrictions or regulations on travel, war or apparent act of war, terrorism, disaster, civil disorder, epidemic or pandemic, curtailment or restriction on transportation facilities, or any other comparable calamity, casualty, or condition (collectively a “Force Majeure”)), we will refund your registration fee minus 5% admin. costs. If, for any reason, in-person participation at the ICAA Conference becomes impossible due to reasons in the sphere of the participant, there will be no refund of participation fees already paid. In this case, the participant is still entitled to use the online access.
